Alive Aqua Playa Del Carmen is located on the north end of 5th Avenue, Playa Del Carmen's thriving, principal hub packed with bars, restaurants, shops, outdoor cafés, java shops and tour operators. Like all hotels on Fifth Artery, and compared to its sister property in Cancun, Live Aqua PDC is small (60 rooms). Service and Facilities

Staff are young and hip, and they bring a youthful energy to the property that'southward by and large booked past equally young travellers (it's an adults-but resort, then there are no families, and it was heavy on couples in their 20s and 30s). Rooms

There are only 60 contemporary-style rooms with lite woods wall panels and soft, green chairs, each equipped with a 46-inch Boob tube, java maker, safe and dining tabular array. The suites are much bigger with artwork and some have patios overlooking the street (including the 5th Artery Suite with outdoor hot tub). All rooms offer rainshowers with Molton Brown civilities. The minibar (with Mexican snacks and beers) is free, every bit well as room service from a limited menu.
